Weight of Money
The Weight of Money is an expression of how is the money entering or is available in a betting Market and how the money influences the movement of the Market.
WOM displays which side of the Market has more money, the Back side or the Lay side. It is calculated using the amounts available to Back/Lay over the first three Back/Lay prices. WOM is usually displayed as a Weight Percentage.
Example: In the image below there is €6149 on the Back side and €3945 on the Lay side. Therefore 61% of the money is on the Back side, showing the Price is likely to Drift.
WON Back side = (amount on 1st Back Odd + on 2nd + on 3rd) / (amount on 1st Back Odd + on 2nd + on 3rd + amount on 1st Lay Odd + on 2nd + on 3rd) *100%
